A full 12 month guarantee will be given to all the products. In case of a question or a fault arises please notify us through our web site by selecting the CONTACT US option or use the SUPPORT TICKET option.

Note: all the questions must be written in English. 

In order to shorten the service process period you may get (by E-mail) an enquiry form to be filled, to help as monitor the source of the fault.  Right after the fault was diagnosed a new part will be sent to you.

Note: in most cases you will not be asked to send the fault part back to us.
